If you are not ready to live independently, Clearview’s Transitional Living Home will provide you with the ongoing support and structure you need to make a successful transition back into everyday life.
Our Transitional Living Home
Our transitional living is housed in a 3,800-square-foot, seven-bedroom home in an upscale neighborhood in Venice Beach, California, near Los Angeles and less than 1 mile from the Pacific Ocean. We offer both private and semi-private rooms to women in the following situations:
- Women exiting Clearview Women’s Center who require an ongoing supportive living environment
- Women discharging from other residential and inpatient programs who require ongoing supervision, structure, and support
- Women discharging from acute psychiatric stabilization who are appropriate for a transitional living environment
- Women participating in partial hospitalization programs, day treatment programs, and outpatient programs who require a supportive, structured living environment
- Women receiving psychotherapy and/or personal psychiatry who need a structured living environment to support their ongoing therapeutic work
Services at Clearview’s Transitional Living Home
At our Transitional Living Home, you will receive the following structure, support, and amenities:
- Supervision by Clearview’s clinical management team
- On-site supervision and accountability
- Morning check-in with staff and daily itinerary
- Evening wrap-up meeting with a staff member
- Weekly house meeting with a manager
- Case coordination with treatment providers
- Gym membership
- Healthy groceries
- Cable television and wireless network
