Clearview’s transitional living is housed in a 3800 square foot 7 bedroom home in an upscale neighborhood. Both private and semi-private rooms are available. All bedrooms have a private bath.
Structure, supervision, and amenities:
- Supervised by Clearview’s clinical management team
- On-site supervision and accountability
- Morning check-in with staff and daily itinerary
- Evening wrap up meeting with staff member
- Weekly house meeting with manager
- Case coordination with treatment providers
- Gym membership

Cleaview’s transitional living home is appropriate for the following people:
- Women exiting the Clearview Women’s Residential Center that require an ongoing supportive living environment.
- Women discharging from other residential and inpatient programs that require ongoing supervision, structure and support.
- Women discharging from acute psychiatric stabilization that are appropriate for a transitional living environment.
- Women participating in partial hospitalization programs, day treatment programs, and outpatient programs that require a supportive, strucured living environment.
- Women receiving psychotherapy and/or personal psychiatry that need a structured living environment to support their ongoing therapeutic work.
